4 years old up to adults.
Standard sessions at World Class can range from 1.5 hours-2 hours. Private lessons are commonly booked by the hour, but can be customized according to what the goals of the lesson are.
Sure is! As we get invites to perform at certain events throughout the year, we offer students an opporutunity to grow and experience performing in front of a crowd to build self-confidence and get a sense of what a career in that industry would be. This is curently invite-only and not a regular occurrence.
We are still in the building stages of our WCP competition sructure. In th mantime, we encourage our athletes to demonstrate their skills and training in the many communty ran parkour competitions like War of the Walls, The Zenith Games, USA Parkour, Sport Parkour League, and beyond.
Awesomeness and years of sports and coaching experiences in multi-disciplinary forms that attribute to their knowledge of traditinal parkour movement such as martial arts, dance, cheer, basketball, circus arts and swimming -- both on a scale of professional endeavors and for personal enjoyment.
Yes we do! We recommend starting with our Parkour Foundations Sessions.
One of the many benefits of practicing parkour is that you do not need any special equipment to start learning. Your own personal pair of sneakers with a good grip at best is preferred for better safety. Closed shoes at the least can still do well! Overall, athletic clothes allows the best training experience to move freely. Steer clear of denim and restrictive clothing.
